As a SAFEbuilt Account Manager you will be responsible for up-selling, cross-selling, account planning & governance, relationship building and managing a portfolio to exceed financial targets.<br /><br />Responsibilities:<br />Exceed sales, revenue, profitability and client satisfaction targets as assigned.<br />Develop and maintain a business plan across your portfolio accounts with individual account plans that achieve the assigned targets.<br />Build and maintain a healthy, qualified pipeline of new opportunities that lead to sales and revenues by working/networking across municipal leaders and attending/participating in local meetings & events.<br />Nurture and develop new opportunities that are innovative and strategic to growing SAFEbuilt.<br />Ensure high client satisfaction and mitigate revenue & client losses by engaging client leaders, leading issue resolution and providing performance reviews and reports.<br />Establish yourself and SAFEbuilt a trusted advisor on the industry and community development services thought leader bringing unique, value-added insights to your clients that help them meet their objectives.<br />Be local and network meet and communicate frequently with leaders in your municipal clients.<br />Work closely with the operations teams and SAFEbuilt leaders to grow revenue in existing accounts, develop winning solutions, serve clients better and meet our overall financial objectives.<br />Execute successful account management and sales strategies, techniques and best practices to optimize our growth, win-rates, profitability and client satisfaction.<br />Create and present market and competitively differentiated solutions that SAFEbuilt can profitably deliver and support by working closely with operations and all departments.<br />Prepare and respond to all target account requests for proposals, company information, and presentations on the company s capabilities in a manner that distinguishes SAFEbuilt from competition.<br />Provide feedback to management to improve the success of sales, solutions, pricing and go to market.<br />Maintain sales and client databases and provide reporting and forecasting as required.<br />Perform other duties as assigned by management.<br /><br />QUALIFICATIONS:<br />Positive, high-energy, business development mentality<br />3+ years of professional, account management/consultative sales experience with complex business to government or business to business services with a track-record of consistent success.<br />Portfolio management experience across many accounts to grow revenue and profitability.<br />Deep experience in developing and growing business in complex, procurement centric, relationship-based sales that can have long sales cycles and be well-rounded in all aspects of sales and account management.<br />Solid understanding of jurisdictional environments including the decision-making and procurement process, political dynamics, municipal structure, and building department operations.<br />Operational know-how of construction, building / community development service delivery (e.g., planning & zoning, engineering, plan review, inspections, code enforcement for residential and commercial).<br />Strong team player able to establish and maintain effective working relationships and build trust.<br />Excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing for effective presentations and proposals<br />Characterized as highly resourceful, innovative, proactive with highest integrity<br />50%+ travel required primarily within region; primarily work from home office<br />Proficient personal computer skills, including MS Office, SalesForce<br />Bachelor s Degree or higher, preferably in business, operations, public admin, construction, economics<br />Location is flexible, near major airport<br /><br />COMPENSATION: Competitive salary, excellent commission and bonus plan. The Farmers Union
The Farmers Union is an American tavern where we put everything we love into the mix. We have food you can’t wait to take another bite of; old fashioned cocktails alongside some originals that you’ve never tasted before; over 52 craft beers on tap; and wines that don’t cost a fortune but taste like they do, many of which are from our custom-designed wines-on-tap program. We are currently interviewing for an Event Sales Manager!
The Event Sales Manager is responsible for proactively developing our event business and ensuring customer satisfaction at all functions. You will coordinate and supervise the execution of all events to ensure clients’ expectations are met and that the event runs smoothly and efficiently. It will be your responsibility to motivate the event staff and maintain a cohesive team.
